Emily and Mark met and became in engaged in Los Angeles, California. Mark is a native of Michigan. The couple moved back to Michigan shortly before the wedding. Emily explains, “We wanted to celebrate at the most beautiful place in Michigan and my husband said it’s Mackinac Island. He was not wrong!”

No wedding is complete without stunning florals. Emily choose St Ignace in Bloom to provide beautiful red roses for her bouquet. The flowers were Emily’s favorite and lended a dramatic focal point in all of her photographs, matching Mark’s tie and boutonniere.

Emily, Mark and all of their guests planned their accommodations at Mission Point Resort, so that they could spend more time together. This made everything much simpler while when organizing the day., including the Salon services which were provided by Lakeside Salon & Spa., located at the Resort. “Our maike up and hair stylists were fantastic and we would recommed the salaon to everyone who gets married on the Island.”
